What will it take?

We are all unique and our job is to discover what will work best for you and your lifestyle. Some people choose a few coaching sessions to get some clarity and direction, others have been seeing me regularly and irregularly for years. Let’s have that focused chat and a first session to explore what your best path might be.

  • Changing your life takes commitment and can be challenging at times. We will have to be honest and open with ourselves and each other. But it’s my job to help and guide you along the way.

    In my experience, the journey is always worth the effort. However, don’t just take my word for it - have look at what some of my clients have to say about how it worked out for them. I doubt that you’ll regret it!

  • We can find whatever approach works best for you. Coaching sessions normally happen on zoom but can also be conducted face-to-face and by phone.

  • Certainly - depending on their needs, some people can find it helpful to be coached with a close friend, partner or family member.

  • It does depend on what you need to work through. Sometimes one session is all you need, but many people book a coach for a specific period of time (usually 3 months) and then take a break.

    A coaching session normally lasts for one hour; hypnotherapy sessions run from 60-90 minutes. Sessions are usually held once a week or once every two weeks.

    You may want to reduce the frequency of sessions as you gather tools, and confidence in your ability to self-coach increases

  • Living your best life can be truly priceless! But don’t worry, I can usually tailor a programme to your needs.

    My fees range between £80-£120 per hour.

    If you cancel over 24 hours before, you will not be charged anything. Any less than 24 hours and you will be charged for the full session
